Well, we've been enjoying weddings so much, we thought we'd try our own...and it was lovely! We've known each other nearly five years, and honestly, those five years have changed our lives in so many positive and unexpected ways, we really wanted to make sure we could continue on the same path forever. So here we, Mr&Mrs Plumb!
We'd still got lots of weddings to shoot in October, so we booked the Athanaeum registry office in our home town, Bury St Edmunds, and put on Tea and Cake for our families, in a gap in our schedule. Our good friend Beth at www.bethmoseleyphotography.co.uk very kindly made some time to come shoot pictures for us, thank you Beth! Here are a few.
You'll have noticed that the beautiful Mrs Plumb decided on cat's ears and a tutu for the day, and I'd insisted everyone else be comfy in what they were wearing, meaning on the day I was in jeans and a t-shirt!
looking at the pictures, I'm reminded again just what a lucky man I am, to have found someone as funny, clever and gifted as Lisa to spend my life with.
It was really interesting for us to go through the process we offer to others, being in front of the camera comes really naturally for Lisa, she's gorgeous and confident, whereas I was relying on Beth guidance and professionalism to get the shot, I think she did a great job as I usually cringe at any photo of me!
So, Mr and Mrs Plumb, Him&her, looking forward to all that comes next.
