Suffolk Wedding Photographer
A long time ago, before Neil and I knew each other existed, we were both out there on our own mini adventures, working our brains around a camera and taking pictures of anyone who'd let us.
Neil frequently went out on photo adventures with a beautiful lady called Vicky, a picture from one is shown below. Vicky fell in love with his photography and said to him that one day if she got married, she would want him to photograph the day for her. Neil promised he would.
About a year ago we received an exciting message. Her then boyfriend (now fiance) James, had just proposed to her whilst on holiday and she messaged us to find out if we were available to photograph their wedding. After a tense scramble to check the diary... yes, we were! We couldn't be more over the moon. After a little while we arranged an engagement shoot (photos shown below) in Thetford forest, Suffolk, not far from a cute little cottage Vicky had lived in previously. We think Vicky looks like the Queen of the forest and James, the King, dressed smartly in a waist coat with stags and fishes on the back (I really couldn't get over this, how cool?).
After spending the day peeping out the windows at horrible grey clouds and threats of rain, we were delighted whilst on our drive down in the evening, that the sun started to show himself, and it turned out beautifully! While Vicky was already comfortable with having her picture taken having worked with Neil before, for James it was a different kind of shoot from the others he'd done (James is a drummer in a band) so it was a great time to get used to one another and for us all to enjoy some relaxed time in a lovely setting. Turns out James was a natural too! We hope you enjoy looking through the photos below, you can read more about our engagement shoots here.
